Register Loan in Lender web sight
Run DU or LP per Lender requirements (Lender or Lo account)
Order VOEs and other necessary documentation
Pre- Underwrite File and send needs list to loan officer on items needed
Order appraisal if requested
Open escrow/title if requested
Submit complete package to Lender for approval
Work on Funding Conditions and send out needs list to Lo on what we need from borrower
Order Est Settlement Statement/CD based off of locked LE
Order Loan Docs Send final broker disclosures to escrow
Work with escrow on getting loan funded
Obtain copy of the final CD and other documents
Send compliance file
Doc U Sign - included in processing Fee
We use Caylx Point, Arrive and Drop Box

Place loan with lender
Talk to borrower or realtor
Provide processing with our In-Take form, Point or FNMA 3.2 file, credit report (and purchase agreement if applicable)
